Can you help me manage a chronic disease?

You can get your routine lab testing, prescription renewals and refills fulfilled by a Housecall doctor dedicated to your long-term health. Your health care records are connected to your regional network that can be accessed by other specialist doctors who might be part of your care team.

Do you see children?

Definitely! Our family medicine doctors and pediatricians in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain are qualified and licensed to see children. Check out our family services page to learn more about our pediatric care.

Do I have to pay for a consultation?

We accept major insurance plans in the UAE and most plans we accept allow you to use all of Housecall’s services at no cost to you. Some plans require us to charge a co-pay. Check out our insurance page to see what plans we accept or contact the Admin Team at 600 566119 to check your insurance eligibility. You can also choose to self-pay.

What happens after the consultation?

During the consultation, your doctor will determine whether you might need a prescription or lab work done. For lab work, the Admin Team will reach out after the consultation to schedule a convenient time for a member of our Medical Team to collect a lab sample. After processing, your results will be reviewed by your doctor who will reach out or refer you to a specialist if necessary.

How do I receive my prescription medications?

Your doctor will write you a prescription if warranted and one of our partner pharmacies will deliver the medication to your home. You also have the option of taking the prescription to your preferred pharmacy.
